By purchasing or using ConsentPad ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The App is provided by Virtus Studio ("we", "us"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to install and use the App on a single Android tablet. Each license code is valid for one device only. You may not sublicense, sell, or redistribute the App or your license code.
The App is intended for professional use by fitness centres, physiotherapy studios, wellness facilities, and similar businesses to collect digital consent forms from clients. You agree to:
ConsentPad operates entirely offline. All data collected through the App is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to our servers. You, as the operator, are the sole data controller for all personal data collected through the App. We are not a data processor for your clients' data.
We may release updates to the App. Lifetime licensees receive all future updates at no additional cost. We do not guarantee any specific update schedule.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Virtus Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data, business interruption, or loss of revenue.
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.
