We will process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Paddle, our payment processor.
Upon refund, your license code will be deactivated and the App will revert to an unlicensed state. You agree to stop using the App after a refund is processed.
Refund requests submitted after 30 days from the purchase date are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We are a small team and we aim to be fair — contact us and explain your situation.
