If ConsentPad doesn't meet your needs for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your purchase and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.

How to request a refund

Email us at support@consentpad.net with:

Your order number (found in your purchase confirmation email)
The email address used at checkout

We will process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Paddle, our payment processor.

After a refund

Upon refund, your license code will be deactivated and the App will revert to an unlicensed state. You agree to stop using the App after a refund is processed.

Outside the 30-day window

Refund requests submitted after 30 days from the purchase date are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We are a small team and we aim to be fair — contact us and explain your situation.
