ConsentPad is an offline Android application. This Privacy Policy explains how Virtus Studio ("we", "us") handles data in relation to the website consentpad.net and the purchase process. It does not cover data collected by the App on your clients' behalf — that data never reaches us.
When you visit consentpad.net, standard web server logs may be collected by Cloudflare (our hosting provider), including your IP address and browser type. We do not run analytics or tracking scripts on this website.
Purchases are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. When you buy a license, Paddle collects your name, email address, and payment information. We receive only your email address and order details in order to deliver your license code. Paddle's privacy policy applies to payment processing: paddle.com/legal/privacy.
Your license code is sent to the email address you provide at checkout. We use a transactional email service (Resend) solely to deliver this email. Your email address is not used for marketing without your explicit consent.
The ConsentPad App operates entirely offline. All consent forms and client data collected through the App are stored locally on your Android tablet and are never transmitted to our servers or any third party. As the operator of the App, you are the data controller for all personal data collected from your clients. We have no access to this data.
Under GDPR (if applicable), you have the right to access, rectify, or erase personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@consentpad.net. For data held by Paddle, contact Paddle directly.
We retain your email address and order details for as long as necessary to provide license support and comply with legal obligations (typically 7 years for tax records).
